刘向辉，汉族，1960年11月生，中共党员。河北省迁安市人，退休干部。

Liu Xianghui, Han nationality, born in November 1960, is a member of the Communist Party of China. I am a retired cadre from Qian'an City, Hebei Province.

1979年在文化馆艺术培训班工作，主要从事素描、水粉画专业；1984年调入人民法院；1992年参加最高人民法院组织的全国法律系统首届书画展，分别荣获一等奖和优秀作品奖；2020年11月退休后专职从事美术专业，多次参加省、市、县书画展并获奖。

In 1979, he worked in the art training class of the Cultural Museum, mainly engaged in sketch and Gouache; Transferred to the People's Court in 1984; In 1992, he participated in the first national legal system calligraphy and painting exhibition organized by the Supreme People's Court and won first prize and excellent work award respectively; After retiring in November 2020, I worked full-time in the art field and participated in numerous provincial, municipal, and county calligraphy and painting exhibitions, winning awards.

现任：中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员，河北省毛体书法家协会唐山市代表处副秘书长，河北省燕赵诗书画院唐山分院迁安工作站秘书长，迁安市老年书画研究会副会长，迁安市老年大学美术教师。

Currently, he is a member of the Calligrapher and Painter Working Committee of the New Literature and Art Group of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, the Deputy Secretary General of Tangshan Representative Office of Hebei Maoti Calligrapher's Association, the Secretary General of Qian'an Workstation of Tangshan Branch of Hebei Yanzhao Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Academy, the Vice President of Qian'an Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, and an art teacher of Qian'an Elderly University.
