罗东， 又名罗海军，笔名·润晨，字瀚生，江苏淮安人，中国民主同盟盟员，国家一级美术师，结业于清华大学美术学院，师从霍春阳，刘贞麟，孟庆峰。

Luo Dong, also known as Luo Haijun, pen name Runchen, word Hansheng, born in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province, a member of the China Democratic League, a national first-class artist, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University, under the guidance of Huo Chunyang, Liu Zhenlin and Meng Qingfeng.

罗东现为中国翰林书画院副院长；中华书画协会副主席；文化部中国乡土艺术协会高级创作员；中国观天书画院副院长，淮阴区文艺人士联谊会副主席。

第二届全国诗书画印四绝大赛一等奖；第六届“欧阳询奖”全国书画大赛一等奖，兰亭艺术2011年全国书画大展金奖，并授予中华人民共和国功勋书画家荣誉称号：2016盛世中华·我的中国梦中国书画名家大展赛金奖等。
