潘学勤，男， 1963年1月生，江苏南京人， 自幼习书， 拜林散之弟子齐枝三，盐城书画院臧科院长为师，2010年、2013年二次到清华大学美术学院参加全国书法创作精英班学习。作品多次参加南京市、江苏省、信息产业部、国家书画展，入编《当代书法》书法系列《行书》《聚焦世博会》《辛亥革命100周年纪念书画集》《中国共产党十八大纪念书画作品集》《中韩名家书画》等，现为南京外地在宁企业家协会艺术部总监，江苏省国画院暨江苏省书法研究院特聘书法家，中国书法研究院艺委会会员，中国书画家协会副会长，中国国家画院名誉院长。潘学勤书法以行书、隶书见长。
