苏根源，一九五二年生，海南省儋州白马井人，儋州苏轼文化第五十代传人之一，现为海南省诗书画家协会副会长。其书法兼善行、隶两体，精研体势，治于一炉，自成一家，别具神韵，尤其带有传统文化、书法意象之灵性。其下笔前深刻思索，使笔法与内容所要表达的意象思维自相交融，真正达到主观意识与客观形象二元合一，深入人心，作品深受业界及受领之人的肯定与好评。苏根源先生多年来向海南省希望工程、省残联、德行天下公益大讲堂等多家慈善公益机构无偿捐赠书法作品，受到各界好评。其作品多次在国内外相关展览中展出并被慧眼识珠者收藏。2011年他的书法作品《福》在香港以三万港币拍卖成功。

Su Root, born in 1952, is from Baima Well, Danzhou, Hainan Province, and one of the 50th generation descendants of Danzhou Su Shi culture.
